Hi, I’m Mark. Here is how I help organisations build better teams.

I partner with SMEs across the clinical trial landscape, including CROs, SMOs, Site Networks, and eClinical service providers, to help them build stronger and better functioning teams.


My approach goes beyond matching CVs to job descriptions. I take the time to understand culture, team dynamics, and what success genuinely looks like in each environment. I believe people perform best when they are surrounded by the right teammates, and lasting performance comes from building teams with intention.


Before starting Trial Talent Plus, I recruited across Business Development and Commercial functions, Clinical Operations, Finance and C-suite, working closely with CROs and later supporting Site Networks in building entire teams from the ground up.
